Shipping policy

When will my order be processed? Orders are processed typically 2-5 business days after the order is received. Once the order is processed, if a tracking number is available, we will send an email to the customer. 

When will I receive my order? If you selected standard shipping, please allow at least 5-7 business days for your package to arrive. In the event your item is lost or damaged, please contact us through the contact us page or email farothreads@gmail.com. 

Do you ship internationally? At this time, we currently ship in the United States only. We hope to expand internationally in the future. 

How much does shipping cost? Shipping costs vary depending on product and order size. Faro will make every effort to find the most competitive rates possible at the time of shipment.

How do I track my order? After your order ships, you’ll receive a notification email with a tracking number and link, so you can check on your shipping status and know when to expect your order.
